Shipping Information

✩ Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 1–5 business days to arrive.

✩ International shipping is not available at this time (but we hope to offer it in the future!).

✩ Please note: letter postage snail mail does not include tracking. All other product purchases will include a tracking number.

Missing Mail:

Please allow up to 14 days after the ship date for your mail to arrive. If it hasn’t arrived by then, reach out to me ASAP.

You can cancel or renew your mail subscription any time!

Exchanges / Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges, as each product is made-to-order just for you once your order is placed.

However, if there’s an error on our end (such as a defect, or a printing issue), we’ll be more than happy to make it right. Please reach out to me if you experience any problems.

Billing

You’ll be charged on the day you subscribe, then automatically billed every month on that same date.

If you plan to cancel or pause your subscription, please do so before the 14th of the month to avoid unwanted charges.
