✩ Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 1–5 business days to arrive.

✩ Thought Bubbles currently ships to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. International shipping is limited for now while we grow and learn what works best for sending happy mail across borders. Please note that international deliveries may take 2–6 weeks depending on location, customs processing, and local postal services.

✩ Please note: letter postage snail mail does not include tracking. All other product purchases will include a tracking number.

Missing Mail:

Please allow up to 14 days after the ship date for your mail to arrive. If it hasn’t arrived by then, reach out to me ASAP.

Exchanges / Returns:

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges, as each product is made-to-order just for you once your order is placed.

However, if there’s an error on our end (such as a defect, or a printing issue), we’ll be more than happy to make it right. Pleasereach out to me if you experience any problems.

Billing:

You’ll be charged on the day you subscribe, then automatically billed every month on that same date.

If you plan to cancel or pause your subscription, please do so before the 14th of the month to avoid unwanted charges.
